The Kingswood Guest House - Adult Only

Location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do over our stay in Weymouth. We stayed in a budget room for our 5 night stay. Top breakfast cooked to order with good choice . Bed was fairly comfortable for our price range . Very friendly Helpful staff and despite the minor issues we had we would happily stay here again

We sadly had some minor issues and couldn't correct the WiFi even after we complain the issue wasn't fixed. Lack of shower curtain in the budget rooms even though there's a shower in the bath in the budget rooms (found this very odd) . These are Basic things offered in most hotels,b&bs . But these are minor issues and the staff were helpful which makes up for any hiccups

Room was close to busy main road. Sadly water pressure was not very good for a shower.

The sink was in the actual room, there was none in the bathroom; shower head was not working properly, tap mixer didn’t mix water well, either too cold or scorching hot; no curtain round the bathtub, had to wipe spillage from having showers off the floor.

Breakfast excellent. Location excellent
