The view from the terrace. Rooms were comfortable and with AC. The place was very clean. Close to the ferry. Wifi was decent to work and have meetings.

The location on elefantine island was perfect.

The room was pretty small, I was a bit surprised when I came there, but it was according to description and pictures, so maybe I forgot this after I booked it. But you have a great terrace overlooking the Nile, so you can always hang in there. 1 minute away from 2 good restaurants and from the ferry. Don't remember anything about the mosque mentioned in comments, so I assume it didn't bothered me.

The space was pretty limited, maybe a small bedside table, like 40x40 cm, would fit near the entrance. But nevertheless, it was good enough for me as is right now.

Most things, especially the host and the staff are very hospitable and clever.

Water of shower is small but Ok.
