"Facilities were not as advertised, they moved us twice, no breakfast"

We arrived at the accommodation we booked online, only to be told that we would no longer be accommodated there and that we had to drive another 3km to another bed and breakfast. This is now already 9:30 pm in the evening. We arrive at the second place, offload all our bags, get shown inside, and only to be told we have to move for a second time as there is not enough room here either. As you can imagine, we are exhausted from traveling from Cape Town and having to put our bags back into the car and drive to the third accommodation place across the road. Aircon wasn't working; there were no hairdryer facilities, no milk, and no talk about any breakfast. Facilities were not as advertised
