The lady who welcomed us (Zanele) where we slept was very helpful and friendly and helped with all our queries

Upon arrival we were informed that we will be sleeping somewhere else, not where we booked The place where we slept at had small rooms and a tiny bathroom, it was very noisy

The owner got me accommodation that booking.com failed to do.

My booking was not confirmed with the b&b,nothing was communicated with the b&b from booking.com, I didn't sleep at the place I booked for,arrangements needed to be made by the owner...
