I liked everything about thr place i truly enjoyed my two night stay.Big ups to Sis Thobi🙂

The pool section only!!

..No one checked to see if I was arriving few days before, like all other places would. I called myself to check cause I was worried thought I was scammed. The fact that they don't have staff on bored when they attend personal matters e.g funerals!!. The room we got put into the toilet was leaking it wasn't even the room I asked for when booking.. I asked for breakfast I got told I have to pay..... good and well, but no one notified me upon arrival or offered the breakfast package. I said I would pay but there was no one to make the food cause they had to go a funeral. Personally I'm a lover of things and this will definitely not be a place I'd recommend to family or friends .. We leave our homes to get out abit but it seems like we leave our comfortable homes for worse!! The cherry on top "Our blanket had a blood stain on it"

The facilities are clean and location is central

We travelled from Johannesburg the day and drove to Richards Bay and we were extremely tired but harldly slept as there was a rowdy group that was drunk and making noise in the lounge. The staff said they couldnt do anything. I was very disappointed by that
