The friendliness and helpfulness of the management and staff was extraordinary. It felt like visiting family. The bus transfers made the stay so comfortable.

It was a pleasure so no complaints

Mary and Miky were such wonderful hosts. They picked us up at the station, shuttled us to restaurants, and helped us figure out places for snow shoeing and skiing. They even had snow shoes that they lest us use! The rooms were simple but perfect. Thre is also an amazing onsen within a short walking distance. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely perfect location near hire places and the actual ski fields. Staff we're incredibly friendly and able to drive us to both the ski fields and dinner every day.
