Mojo Lodge Hakuba

The staff were fantastic!, they really made the stay great, they were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything worked. Good location too, short walk into town or home from Happo after skiing.

Room was small and the mattress was firm, but this is Japan so was expected.

Staff were amazing! So helpful made us all feel so welcome. Was sad to leave!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they made the stay fantastic. Even considering we arrived much earlier than check in we were able to keep our bags within the lodge.

Loved the location, walkable distance from the main part of town. The hotel had regular shuttles in the morning that made it easy to get around, especially to the ski fields. Breakfast was great every morning, and all the staff were lovely and more than happy to help with recommendations and getting around. The rooms were small but very cosy and comfortable, no complaints there. Loved the common spaces, always kept warm, and liked the fact that had a separate dry room to store any ski gear you may have. Reminded me of and old school BnB experience, highly recommend.

The mattress on my bed was a little bit hard for me, but that’s just my personal preference, no real complaints.
