Friendly staff, the communal area was cosy, and the Condo was brilliant. Breakfast included was great. Shuttle to connecting buses great also.

The fact we couldn’t get a shuttle back to the lodge in afternoon. Long hazard’s walk with ski gear was a bit challenging.

The complimentary shuttle to pick us up and tea/ coffee for guests .

The small bathroom . Some of the employees could be more smiley to guests and greet them .

The place was very clean and rooms were very comfortable. Excellent, functional kitchen with all utensils and equipment of very good quality. Living area was bit congested but enough for 3-4 people.

The location/entrance was bit confusing and amid a lot of greens, particularly dark in night (possibly because the lodge and some surrounding buildings were under maintenance/re-construction due to off season). Better guidance must be provided in form of maps, etc. on booking page. The big window and glass door were without blinds reducing the privacy of the space. The layout of bathroom/toilet was a bit inconvenient. Converting to a washlet toilet would improve the convenience.

●３年振り、2回目の利用（グリーンシーズンのみの宿泊）。 テラスでのBBQ（夜間）雰囲気最高です。 ●キッチンツール、日用品（サランラップ、アルミホイル、キッチンペーパー、キッチンタオル、フライパン、鍋、BBQトング等）常備。 ●バスタオルが人数分、 洗面台用にフェイスタオルが2枚、 主寝室にミネラルウォーター（500mlx2本）を用意頂いておりました。 ●こちらから特別な連絡をしない限り、オーナーさんと直接お会いすることがない施設です（私達が夏場のみの利用の為、参考にならない場合もありますが）。オーナーさんに地元話を伺ったり密なコミニュケーションを取りたい方には不向きです。しかしながら電話での応対や事前連絡等、色々とお気遣い頂いておりましたので、全く問題ないです。

●「朝食付き」との事でしたが、付いておりませんでした（前回利用時はシリアル、飲み物等きちんと準備頂いておりました）。 ●BBQ代が値上がりしていました。印刷された案内には2000円。しかしながらバインダーに挟まれた封筒には手書きで3000円との表記。昨今の物価高騰で致し方ないですが、何かひとことでも、「値上がりのお知らせ」的なメッセージがあれば大変有り難かったです。 ●木製箸が薄汚れており、使用する気持ちになれず。割り箸を買いに行きました。 ●キッチン調味料としてミル付き塩・こしょうがありましたが、いつの使いかけかも分からず…どうしても使用する気持ちになれず（※個人の見解です）スーパーにて塩コショウ購入しました。 ●蚊取り線香キットがありませんでした（前回は常備されてました）ので、慌ててドラッグストアへ買いに行きました→テラスでのBBQ（虫対策）には必須アイテムかと思います。 ●歯磨きセットはありませんのでご用意を。 ●キッチンから主寝室への段差（恐らく5cm程度？）注意して下さい。バリアフリーに慣れてしまっているせいか、何度か足を引っ掛けてしまっています。
