Responsive when booking and also helpful to book transport from airport to the accomodation. Clean but somewhat outdated rooms,

Very slow service at breakfast Absolutely no price transparency - had to pay more than indicated at the booking. Also the currency conversion was not correct. And the booking fee was added (twice) on top.
