A beautiful colonial property in quiet select area, with an relatively easy walk to the Mall Road. Our room was large & well appointed with a quality bathroom all very well cared for and cleaned to a high standard. Lovely large garden area to sit in. The whole feel of the place was relaxing, the staff and owner were exemplary. We cannot rate this place highly enough.

Location was great! Beautiful home and garden and walking distance to the mall and far enough from the main road so that you don’t hear traffic

Really liked the peace and quiet without the hustle and bustle of Shimla.

Hospitality, comfort, tasteful design, the building itself, great location, food from Amayaa, easy communication with Shivansh, good WiFi... The owners are super friendly and it felt like home.

I wish there was at least one proper table to eat or work on.

If you are looking for a really peaceful place to stay, with characterful surroundings, this is the place. It's an easy walk to the attractions of Mall Road. In in house bar for a sherry or a cool beer would raise this place to the truly excellent.

Its a beautiful vintage property surrounded by lovely greenery all around. The property has beautiful garden full of different varieties of plants and flowers and it just makes a wonderful sight to behold early in the morning. The staff is polite and respectful. The owner Shivansh is very courteous and friendly. The food is freshly prepared for the guests and you need to order well in advance whatever you want to eat. Our stay was quite comfortable at affordable price. Would surely recommend this hotel to everyone who enjoys peaceful and calm places away from the hustle bustle of the town.
