Everything was amazing šŸ‘ very clean and tidy close to many attractions Allison was very friendly and welcoming everything we needed was provided for us. Would defo recommend to anyone who needs a quiet stay away. Plenty of variety for breakfast

There's nothing really to say everything was perfect. I did miss using a toaster tho šŸ˜†

It was lovely and clean and the host (Alison) was very helpful with everything from going to the best beaches to the best eating out places. Only 3.9 miles from st ives. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, private, good sized room. Excellent bed. Friendly, helpful host. Very well resourced kitchen adjoining room with everything you need for a lovely continental breakfast. On-site parking a big plus.

Property located equidistant from St Ives and Penzance. About a 12 minute drive to either location. Some may prefer to be walking distance from either. However, it was very easy to drive to the St Ives Rugby Club with plenty of (paid) parking and take the regular bus service to the centre of St Ives.

High quality, comfortable, modern and very clean room and facilities. Excellent shower and kitchenette. Continental style breakfast included with a generous choice (including various herbal teas) and lovely fresh fruit and yoghurts. Complimentary toiletries, biscuits and snacks. Car parking alongside accommodation with full access at all times. Plenty of information about the accommodation and equipment (TV, microwave etc) and very thoughtful information about the local and wider areaā€™s points of interest, eateries etc. We visited Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens, St Michaelā€™s Mount and St Ives during our thoroughly enjoyable but all too short stay. Would definitely recommend this high quality home from home accommodation as an excellent base for a holiday or business trip.

It was all great, nothing to dislike.
