"I Would highly recommend this place , stunning"

This place was immaculately clean the kitchetted was fully stocked . Alison went above and beyond with everything especially the breakfast there was everything you could think of .. Alison was very kind and lent us some cushions to take to our concert in the minark theatre, very kind xx

The accommodation was great and I love the little touches they did for the food options. Plenty to choose from and plenty of snacks to take with you on your adventures. The owners were lovely and offered many items of advice to make our stay more special. We have a hybrid and we were allowed to charge our car while we were there. We had to pay an additional amount, but that is to be expected and was very reasonable. The house was newly built and had all the facilities you would need. Very clean and nicely finished.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like.

"Location was parfect , short time drive to the beaches and restaurants, very quiet area."

Room was ready when we arrived before time , massive king size bed, shower lots space , food a lot to choose for breakfast.

Pretty much everything. Alison is a wonderful host. Breakfast choices from our own little kitchen were amazing. Great shower, comfy bed, quiet location and nice size room. An easy, close drive to St Ives.

Just a personal dislike.....no top sheet. On a warm night the doona would be too hot.

Very friendly helpful host. Great breakfast, warm and cosy room. Comfy beds and very nicely decorated. Secluded and quiet spot but surprisingly short distances to all points of interest. Would definitely stay again.

"Superb"

Our stay was very comfortable, breakfast was superb, property was very clean and tidy with very comfortable bed.Alison as a host is exceptional, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend the property to anyone wanting to explore St Ives and Penzance and nearby areas as itā€™s very centrally located to both St Ives and Penzance.
