We were overwhelmed with the facilities at the B&B. The host was so kind and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable and the facilities was more than expected. The provisions , especially in the kitchen was excellent and surprisingly exceptional. The host went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and and delivered exceptional provisions in the kitchen. We would happily return! Than you for such a high quality of care and thoughtfulness!!!

Very comfortable & clean, nice breakfast, parking spot right in front, great location to discover the surrounding area. The host was very welcoming, open to answer any questions and recommended a few good restaurants. There was a booklet in the room with tourist advice + pictures of the surrounding area, this helped us to plan our trip.

Without a doubt one of the warmest, friendliest hosts we have had the pleasure of staying with! It really was the little things that showed what a considerate and caring host this was whose soul aim was to ensure the best stay for value going we were so impressed throughout. really went that extra mile to make sure of a comfortable, relaxed and stress free stay Impeccably clean : check. Outstanding location ( with your own parking space which is gold dust in summer time Cornwall ) : check. Comfy & Quiet ; check All the Amenities you need ( with a bed & shower to die for : check Cannot recommend this Host highly enough and a massive thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back :)

Very quite and peaceful place, conveniently located between St Ives and Penzance. The room and the kitchen were immaculate. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices, amazing fresh fruit salad, cereals, croissants, yogurts, pancakes, biscuits, tea and coffee. Alison was so friendly and helpful with advice of what to visit. Everything was fantastic!!!

The house is clean with modern facilities. Love the continental breakfast (spoilt for choice). The host was also very friendly and helpful in terms of providing information on sites to visit and means of transport to use. I’ll definitely be back again.

Very useful to have a private, well stocked kitchen.

The options for breakfast were endless, plenty to choose from and something to suit everyone. Kitchen was very close to the room and was also very private. Alison also cleans everything up and keeps the supply of refreshments fresh so you never go without. The hosts were very welcoming and everything was thought off. Booklets & personalised guides to help with our stay. You are also trusted and left to get on with your stay, it all feels very private and you almost feel as though you are in your own home, however you could always ask if you needed something or had a query. I would highly recommended this accommodation to anyone looking to visit this area of Cornwall. We were about 5-10mins drive from St Ives/Penzance, but it was incredibly quiet in the evenings when you wanted to relax.

Honestly I don't think anything could of been better, this accommodation was everything we wanted and more :)
