It doesnt feel like a hotel, It feels like you visit a friend or a family member. Which was so nice! Staff was so helpful. We really enjoyed staying here. Say hi to the cat ( Maria ) :)

Breakfast was not the best. For exp we wanted to swap for bacon with avocado and staff refused us. They should me more flexible.

It was a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay at Cozumel. They also made fresh breakfast as per our request.

Delicious breakfasts. Kind and welcoming hosts that look out for you. Feels like a home stay + relaxed boutique spa when you're in the garden. Walking distance to the grocery store and the main drag of "local" restaurants+ a taxi pick-up line. There is a fridge and outdoor kitchen available for use, which helped us plan our early morning breakfasts on days we needed to leave before the breakfast service began. We loved relaxing in the garden with Maria, the sweet and friendly cat. 10/10 would return and recommend to my friends.

Everything was lovely, so this is hard to come up with... Maybe a hotter temperature in the jacuzzi?

The amount of love that went into setting this space up is breathtaking. The exterieur of the location is an oasis! The plants, the cat, the pool, the ambient music, the outdoor-kitchen ... just amazing!!

While the house and garden themselves are really exceptional, the neighbourhood is kind of worn down. We recommend having a car to explore the island.

Hacienda Boutique felt like a home away from home. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. The lush garden feels like an oasis retreat, with a great pool and heated jaccuzzi perfect after a day of diving on the island. The free breakfast is delicious and has multiple options. The shared outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and we made some nice outdoor meals there too. We kept extending our stay and both rooms we slept in were very spacious and equipped with all you need. We had rented a scooter so getting around was easy. We loved our stay and you will too! We will definitely be back.
