Hacienda Boutique B&B and Spa Solo Adultos

My friends and I loved this property. The owners, Patricia & Cesar, are very welcoming, and all the ladies from the staff are also very friendly, kind, and prompt to help you with anything you might need. Maria the cat is lovely and also super friendly! I stayed in the Angel room, which I really, really loved, as I am a big fan of Angels. There is a lovely mural beside the bed, the balcony has a hammock swing that was perfect for watching the stars at night, the shower has a huge bathtub with blue tiles and a beautiful angel wings shower curtain, the room key holder is a Frida Kahlo's heart. The hacienda has a lot of character, and every corner of the house has beautiful Mexican art and decorations. You can sit outside and enjoy a big garden full of trees and flowers, there are many outdoor chairs to enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. Every morning, you have the chance to enjoy a delicious Mexican breakfast. I loved the chilaquiles! There's also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen where we made some quesadillas :) There's a Bodega Aurrera supermarket around the corner where you can get groceries or anything you need. Patricia mentioned that it took her 5 years to accomplish her vision of having a B&B like that. You can tell that lots of love and dedication were poured into this property to make it a beautiful hacienda.

Mother nature did not cooperate during our stay; my friends and I couldn't book the tour to El Cielo and Cielito due to bad weather. Our stay during Easter was very short and got shorter due to a conflict with our flight being rescheduled and delayed. We couldn't use the swimming pool or the jacuzzi on one of the days of our stay due to repairs being performed; we were a bit disappointed, but Cesar was very apologetic, and the next day the pool was back in operation. Due to Easter weekend - Las fiestas de Pascua, downtown was very quiet on Sunday when we went for a walk, not many places open or they were closing early... Something to consider, avoid travelling during those holidays if you like a more lively town!

The hotel is beautiful, and I loved the decor. Check-in and check-out were super easy and quick, and the directions to get there were very clear. The location is great, just 10 minutes from downtown Cozumel and about 10 minutes from the airport by car. Right next to the hotel, there’s a supermarket and a taxi stand, which was super convenient. The owner is kind and friendly. When an issue came up, he resolved it quickly and always replied to our messages right away. What we enjoyed the most was the pool with the jacuzzi. It was perfect for relaxing, and we loved soaking up the sun. The hotel includes breakfast, and there are several options like eggs, coffee, and fruit with yogurt. My favorite was the fruit with yogurt. There’s also a super friendly cat that lives at the hotel. She’s definitely the soul of the place! I stayed here with my wife, and we had a great time. We totally recommend this hotel in Cozumel.

The staff were great, the decor brilliant and bright and a top notch breakfast.

We spent such a wonderful time at the hotel and made tons of beautiful pictures)! The breakfast was great! Bath tub and jacuzzy were just wow) Such a unique place with great vibe and attentive hosts! We were in Cozumel with the bicycles so it wasnt a problem for us to get there in 10 min from the center.

The room was great, the AC is there and big windows to open with mosquito nets. We just wish there was one of those ceiling fans. The day/night of our stay wasnt hot, and we are not fans of ac. So it was fine:)

Everything was great

If you want to get away from the main downtown area and don't care about being at the beach, this is the place to go. Small quant Boutique that afforded everything we wanted. Perfect room size, quiet area and complimentary breakfast that was made to order by three lovely ladies. Excellent pool area that allowed anyone to cook their own meals next to a well kept pool/hottub. We rented a scooter for the entire time (the owner helped with the delivery and pickup) so that we could come and go as needed.
