A wonderful guesthouse with a truly warm and homely atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a traditional style, with comfortable beds and a bathroom stocked with high-quality toiletries. There is an outdoor kitchen with all necessary equipment and a fridge. The courtyard features a lovely garden and a jacuzzi. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

It is well taken care of, feels safe, quiet, authentic atmosphere. Helpful owner, gave us good tips for visiting the island. Kitchen staff had beautiful uniforms and the ladies were very friendly. There is a supermarket right across the street. We rented a scooter and we were able to park it inside the property overnight. The cat Maria was a nice part of our experience too.

A little further from the ferry terminal and “downtown”. The breakfast portions could be a little bigger, maybe depends on the item you choose in the menu but what we had wasn’t filling enough.

My recent stay at the Hacienda Boutique B&B in Cozumel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. This charming hotel is a true gem, offering a peaceful and relaxing escape from the island's activity. What I Loved: * Incredible Staff: The staff at the Hacienda Boutique B&B are truly exceptional. They are incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. * Serene Atmosphere: The hotel's location provides a tranquil escape. While it's a short taxi ride from the main center (around $100 pesos), the peace and quiet are absolutely worth it. The beautiful gardens and sparkling pool and jacuzzi create a relaxing and inviting environment. It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge. * Spacious and Comfortable Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a home away from home. * Fantastic Amenities: The bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer – everything I needed! The fridge/freezer and outdoor kitchen were also a huge plus, allowing us to prepare simple meals and snacks. * Delicious and Varied Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was a real treat! A great place to stay, full of character. It has a small homely feel with a friendly pet cat named Maria. The breakfasts were so delicious, some of my favourite food we had on our trip! Would really recommend this place to someone looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay

Amazing stay. We loved staying here, the staff were really friendly, the hotel was beautiful. We loved the pool are and our room. The breakfast was also really good . We would highly recommend getting a massage and asking about the snorkeling tour as these were highlights of our trip.

The location is a bit far from the center so you will Lively need som form of transportation or use the taxin around the corner to get around.
