The room is very neatly furnished; they’ve thought of everything. There was even a place to leave our muddy boots. The guesthouse is only a short walk from the town centre and the bus stop. The hosts are very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here. Hosts were wonderful, breakfast was AMAZING. Lots of really thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay here again. Great location for parkrun and the town.

Tracey and Andrew run an amazing Bed and Breakfast. All the little touches and attention to detail made this one of the best stays we have had. The beds are so comfy and the breakfast, amazing. A Keswick gem, thank you!

Tracy and Andrew were a lovely couple . The location was very good and the room was so tidy . They had thought of everything. The breakfast was absolutely delicious 🥰

The bed was a bit short for my husband and room a little small but otherwise it was super.
