Met by owner on arrival, nicely greeted, not overbearing, given key, necessary information and who to contact if needed Room immaculate, beds super comfy, clean and lovely bed linen - thank you Breakfast exactly as described, more than enough for me, good choice and good quality Lovely view from room, nice quiet location, good parking facilities and local amenities on the doorstep Thanks for a lovely stay 😁

I would have usually booked a cheaper option but didn't feel the property was overpriced

Breakfast was ok but not much in the choice of cereals I found crunchy nut flakes too sweet for me and shouldn’t had it because of my diabetes condition! The bed was so good that fell asleep the minute I got there The rest of the faculty was very good but I tried the tv but couldn’t get the subtitle to work but that ok as I had the Wi-Fi to back up!

Could have done another bottle of milk as I got through it!

Immaculately clean. Good parking. The room was nice and we loved the little touches like milk, juice, coffee tea. The breakfast choices were nice and included grapes ham toast cereals croissants and pain au chocolat. Had use of microwave and kettle and toaster. The communication from the owners prior to our stay was good .

Nothing we didn’t like

Breakfast was do it yourself, provided in the room and replenished daily. Basic but adequate. Room was warm. Shower was okay. Bed comfortable.

Would have liked more choices for breakfast, could have asked before arrival, for instance would prefer brown bread. Didn’t like the overpowering smell of the plug in air freshener. Microwave in hallway could have done with a clean. Only saw the owner briefly on arrival.

Continental breakfast was great. The location was ideal as meeting up with other family members in Wroxham and visiting Sea Palling. There is also a great pub called The Brick kilns, across from the B & B were you can get excellent food.

Location can be slightly difficult to find dependant on what end of Honeycombe Road you come from.

A very quiet rural location. The room was bright, welcoming and extremely clean. The breakfast was basic continental but there was a nice pub just across the road for evening meals and which offered a full english breakfast.

The coded lock on the door was fiddly to operate.

The hosts were very lovely, the accomodation was great. The bed was so comfortable. It was lovely

Good location, good communication, comfortable bed, everything we needed provided, good shower, nice pub over the road.
