Bellarosa B&B

Not only was the property beautiful, it was also spotless, and Annie was an amazing hostess! We checked in and had to rush to change to make it to our dinner experience. Annie was very accommodating regarding our need to return a bit late. Additionally, she was such a great conversationalist that we ended up leaving later than expected because we were enjoying the breakfast and her company. If you are in the Rotorua area, I couldn't recommend any place more.

We wished we'd have booked a longer stay, because Bellarosa was spectacular. That's it...no other complaints other than we would have stayed longer had our itinerary allowed it.

Das Bellarosa ist ein wunderbar, ruhig gelegenes B&B mit viel Komfort. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind angenehm groß und komfortabel, sowie äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Wir konnten auch eine kleine Küche mit benutzen und einen kleines Wohnzimmer zum Entspannen. Annie unser Gastgeberin war rundum bemüht damit wir uns extrem wohlfühlten. Ein gutes Frühstück immer frisch zubereitet, dann hat Sie uns viele Anregungen und Tipps gegeben, für uns war der Aufenthalt im Bellarosa perfekt. Natürlich ist die Umgebung ebenfalls wunderbar und wir hatten tagsüber immer gutes Wetter. Ein großes Dankeschön an Annie für vier wunderbare Tage und können die Unterkunft unbedingt empfehlen.

Annie est au petit soin de ces voyageurs (à l'écoute, joyeuse, serviable). La location est très bien équipé et très propre. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et Annie se rend disponible selon vos besoins. La décoration et la propreté sont d'un niveau plus plus.

The accommodation was immaculately clean and had nice little touches like a mini chocolate and bottled water for each guest. The lounge area was a bonus. Annie was the perfect host and made a delicious filling breakfast for us. We went for a walk in the morning around the surrounding farmland and it was so peaceful.

It's about 15-20 mins drive into town, so keep this in mind if booking here, but I think the benefits of staying here outweigh the distance factor.

Annie was a lovely host, and catered to our every need. House is beautiful, with a nice view of the lake and countryside.

The place has an amazing view and a beautiful garden. Annie is friendly and super helpful. Everything is clean and welcoming.

Die Gästewohnung war sehr groß, sehr komfortabel und schön ausgestattet, absolut ruhig gelegen in einer wundervollen Umgebung und mit einem schönen Blick in die Natur und auf den See. Die Gastgeberin, Annie, ist so herzlich und so liebevoll um ihre Gäste bemüht, dass es uns schwer fiel, von ihr Abschied zu nehmen. Auch wenn das Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes leider alles andere als gut war, hat sie sich allergrößte Mühe gegeben, uns Alternativen für unsere Aktivitäten vorzuschlagen und uns ansonsten den Aufenthalt so schön und zu bequem wie möglich zu machen. Das Frühstück hat Annie liebevoll und lecker vorbereitet und uns währenddessen viel von der Gegend und auch von sich selbst erzählt. Wirklich schön! Zu erwähnen ist insbesondere auch, dass diese Unterkunft mit Abstand die sauberste gewesen ist, die wir während unserer ganzen Zeit in Neuseeland erlebt haben. Wir können Bellarosa einfach nur vorbehaltlos empfehlen!
