Les habitacions molt correctes i acollidores, i un complert Scottish Breakfast.

Lovely comfortable room and bed, with everything you need for a good night's sleep. The owners, Mark and Aby, are great company and really look after their guests. Breakfast has a selection of cereals, Mexican porridge, fresh fruit, full fry-up...and the home made jam and marmalade are delicious and not to be missed! Lots of interesting artworks to look at and a very homely atmosphere. Looking forward to a return visit soon!

Nothing not to like!

Spotlessly clean and with lovely hosts who were extremely attentive. A good bathroom with an excellent shower, good and warm. And a delicious breakfast, with two things that set it apart - delicious Mexican porridge, and home-made and very tasty marmalade and jam. How many places, good in nearly every respect, let themselves down with little sachets of tasteless cheap jams. THIS is the real thing, and think of what it indicates about the overall care and attention to detail of Mark and Abi.

Mark and Aby are very friendly and have a really cool BnB. It’s very clean and cosy with interesting decor. The bed was sufficiently large and very comfortable. This was especially welcome after days of tiny and uncomfortably squishy mattresses in all the previous hotels/BnBs we were at. We especially loved the full Scottish breakfast which you can tell was made with high quality ingredients and cooked very well. Aby’s Mexican porridge was delicious and Mark’s homemade marmalade and strawberry jam were exquisite. Good music choice at breakfast by Aby and the artwork on the walls were cool as well. We had also booked the room for the wrong night and only realised it the day before! Mark was very understanding and kindly waived the charge and allowed us to rebook for the correct night.

Lovely old property with lots of interesting artwork. The room was very bright and a decent size as was the ensuite. The shower stall was rather small (which is a personal issue for me as I can get a tad claustrophobic) although the water pressure and temperature were fine and the stall was spotless. However, this meant that the rest of the bathroom was spacious and the towels were soft and fluffy. The TV was also on the small side but not an issue for us. The soundbar with it was a nice touch. Hosts, Mark and Aby, are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. The post-booking pre-stay check to confirm that we had booked a stay in the correct Tarbert was greatly appreciated and extremely considerate of them. Also were forewarned that would likely need to pre-book a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast options are numerous and cater to various dietary requirements and appetites. In-room refreshments were excellent. The cooler on the first landing to keep fresh milk and bottles of water cold was another nice touch. My request for no air fresheners in-room was granted so no asthma or migraine attacks for me. All in all a great stay and we would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was fantastic .

A wee 4 gang extension lead (I was in Gigha) would make it much easier to plug in and charge your phone and other stuff by the bed.

Fantastic breakfast, with well sourced food. Comfy bed and beautiful scenery. Walking distance to everything.
