Very nice clean and tidy accomodation close to bologna centre👍

Clean, comfortable, and a very friendly welcome.

Rosa House’s most wonderful feature were the hosts. I felt like I was staying with friends! Their apartment was immaculately clean with the most comfortable bed. The building was very secure and I felt safe walking in the area in the evenings. It was within walking distance to all of the sights and there was a grocery store right around the corner. I would recommend this property without reservation!

I got lucky as per host, so i did like all of the above. Very good room, quiet, neat, clean. Host had given me his number for any questions. Very good communication. i liked the stay.

The host, Francesco, was very accommodating and welcoming when we arrived. He was also very helpful to be able to book us an extra night to arrive on the Friday night instead of the Saturday as Ryan Air had moved our flight to one day earlier than planned and it was difficult to find places to stay that weekend as the F1 Grand Prix was on that weekend. The property was a good distance from the centre of Bologna not too close to be noisy and not to far to walk to see the sights. Bologna station was also walkable as we needed to get the train for the next leg of our journey to Florence.

Can’t find any fault with the property.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is situated close to the central station and the city center. The host is polite and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Very convenient location, close to both the train station and the city square. Good restaurant just below the room. You have some snacks, water and coffee provided for free in the room. Very clean and comfy room! The host is really helpful and easy to reach.
