"Would stay again"

Staff helpful. Provided Breakfast which was adequate. Close to Bristol airport. The Cottage also have parking facility.

Constructive criticism. Before booking I read reviews which did highlight some minor issues. Broken toilet seat. Problem with the television which they were aware of. These were the issues I experienced to. The Front door left unlocked all night. These issues could easily be resolved.

Convenient distance to airport.

Mattress too soft. Pillows too high and lumpy. Duvet too thick. Everything about the bed was uncomfortable. I did not sleep well ahead of having to get up at 4.45 am. Lighting not good. Lamp too bright.

Ideal location

Very basic. Although it’s close to the airport it’s not close to any shops and it’s very limited at the property

"Cosy stay"

Very cosy, and breakfast was included too with was a bonus, host was very helpful taking my case upstairs for me, also walking distance to the airport

Good distance from the airport and beds were grand. Nice touch with the breakfast items available but they are in the communal area so we didn’t have any as we were leaving early.

The room for 3 people is very very small. Especially if you had anymore than a backpack per person. No room to store bags considering distance from the airport. Our maps also took us left out of the airport and around, would not recommend that route in the dark! Go right out of the airport!

The toilet seat is loose and requires securing. I couldn’t get the TV to work, but that might be me.
