Location for the airport good Check in was easy

Room had cobwebs, the bed, pillows and duvet were so uncomfortable. Toilet seat was broken. TV did not work. I had to call the property. Lady in the phone was very patrononsing. The man who came to look at the TV issue, looked stoned and smelt strongly of cigarettes, so much so it lingered in my room for a few hours after he left

"It was great to rest up so near to the airport, before a long journey the next day."

The bed was really comfortable. Arriving was straightforward and finding the room was easy. I am glad there was access to hot drink making facilities. Please add decaff to the selection.

The remote for the tv didn't work, so had to sort it manually . The toilet seat was not very stable.
