Very friendly staff but good level of privacy with separate entrance into the building.

Optional additional bedding would have been nice as the temperature was cold.

Traditional inn in Dundrum. Nicely decorated. Staff friendly

Not the inn's fault but was on the main road to Belfast. Lot of traffic noise especially lorries

The place was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

We had been walking in the Mournes and it was a wet windy day. We were looking forward to a hot shower but when we got to our room there was no hot water. When my husband brought it to the attention of the staff we were told that the kitchen had been using a lot of hot water that day but we should have some in a while. It took at least three hours to heat up and by that time we were fortunate enough to have our daughter and son-in-law in the room next door so we used their shower and then we all went out. No hot water was a big disappointment. Then when we came back from dinner we could find no instructions on how to connect to the wifi and no one had told us anything. So we had to go down to the pub and ask. Also, I had mistakenly booked two rooms but only indicated that there would be two adults. I booked through booking.com so I messaged the inn through booking.com to say in fact there would be four of us as I wanted breakfast included for four people. No one got back to me. I asked my daughter in Belfast to call and sort it out as we live in Canada. She did call and spoke to someone but when we arrived they were still expecting only two people. Poor communication. We really liked the Inn but were really disappointed in no hot water, no wifi instructions and no communication.

Lovely stay - just one night with our dog. Our room and en suite were immaculate, plenty of room. There was even a small record player with a selection of albums, which tickled us. The breakfast was first class - 😋 We will be returning as the location was great for lovely walks and we checked out the nearby nature reserve and beach. Beautiful 😍
