The room was clean and well presented.

Told on arrival that the heating in the room was not working. Not offered an alternative or provided with a solution. There was also a gap in the window, which allowed a draught in and all of the traffic/outdoor noise.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was my husband's 50th birthday and they had left him a card in the room, lovely gesture. The breakfast was great.

"Great stay in beautiful surroundings"

Comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms. Great location with a nice pub downstairs. Lots of great eateries in the vicinity. Breakfast was fast, tasty and generous.

Small points. Room was a little chilly on arrival and took some time to heat up. Water in the shower could also be warmer.
