Nothing we didn’t like

Location very good as close to Newcastle & Mournes. Great swift attention, help with bag and simplicity of arrangements all appreciated on arrival . Loved the vintage style and decor of particular room (de luxe?) Also liked own main entrance separate from bar and availability of breakfast. Breakfast was very good indeed.

Booking with booking.com was problematic was charged twice for our stay now have to contact them for a refund Nect time I will contact the Inn directly to avoid any mistakes

Next time shall book directly with the Inn as booking .com took two payments from my account so have to sort out a refund

I stayed for one night, and unfortunately the experience was mixed. The room itself was warm, cozy, and well located. I appreciated the biscuits, coffee, and tea provided.

There was no hot water during my stay. I contacted the host, who did try to fix the issue, but it never got resolved. After my third message in the evening I received no reply, and in the morning there was still no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. There was also a stain on the bedsheet, and the noise from the pub downstairs went on until around 2 a.m. It would have been helpful to know about the noise level in advance, or to have earplugs provided as some other B&Bs do.

The staff at the Dundrum Inn were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious (and hot). The room was cosy and nicely decorated.

Fantastic accommodation above a wonderful friendly bar with great staff and great customers. We had a brilliant day and night at Dundrum Inn. The food is plentiful and delicious, the bar is warm and inviting and we had a great stay. We will be back again !

Exceptional food, clean, friendly staff, well laid out room

The staff were exceptional and are what makes the place. They are professional, make you feel like an important guest. We were attendees of a wedding there and cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They managed the food service for 70 plus people with ease, efficiency and were friendly—very well organised. The bar staff were quick, friendly and professional. I hope the team are appreciated and compensated for going the extra mile. A fantastic wedding venue for couples looking to have a modern wedding in an cosy space. The food was fantastic and portion sizes generous—compliments to the chef. What an amazing team.

The heating was not sufficient in the rooms even by local standards—very cold. Had to sleep fully clothed.

It was very cold - poor heat at night @ 10 pm & no heat on at 930 am
