Unsere liebenswerte Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht uns Alternativen zum Tongariro Crossing zu ermöglichen (der Walk war aufgrund eines Feuers gesperrt). Am Ende haben wir eine Kajaktour auf dem nahegelegenen Flüsschen unternommen. Keine Zivilisationsgeräusche. Nur wir und sonst Natur mit Vogelgezwitscher. Die Unterkunft war super. Gerne wieder.

"Netter Aufenthalt an ruhigen Ort am See."

Liebevoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Gartencottage „the boathouse“ mit allem was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Vermieter Barb und Mike sind herzlich und immer bemüht die richtige Wanderung oder das richtige Restaurant für ihre Gäste zu finden. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Es gibt nix zu meckern.

Everything was so wonderful there! The Boathouse was really nice and with enough space for all of our stuff. Barb and Mike were really nice to us and Mike had so many good tips for different activities and places to eat. We really loved it there!
