We loved Barb and Michael’s hosting. The boathouse house was idyllic. We received a lovely breakfast tray each morning. The Boathouse was spotlessly clean. It was tranquil and relaxing

There is nothing to dislike about this property. It deserves 10 out of 10 every time

Barb and Mike are fantastic hosts. The property is fantastically comfortable, clean and relaxing. We wanted for nothing. Barb offered plenty of thoughts and ideas on places to go. For those wanting something more strenuous there are options on your doorstep or a short drive which Barb and Mile can help with. Loved it there.

Superb accommodation, lovely quiet location. Excellent hosts who made our stay here so enjoyable. It's staying in places like this that make our holidays special. So pleased we got to do the Tongariro crossing. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Boathouse studio accom - a beautiful large room with ensuite - all mod cons, very quiet and private. Barb and Mike were very accomodating. Unfortunately weather was not great .. but it didn’t detract from our stay !
