We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and made getting around very easy. The host was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was excellent: comfortable, clean, and well presented. Breakfast was also great and a lovely way to start the day. We would happily stay here again.

"Cozy retreat in Waipara"

What a gem this place was, right in the middle of the vineyards of Waipara! The Pinot room was roomy, comfy and just what you need for a relaxing few days. The owner was so friendly and welcoming and gave us suggestions for vineyards to visit. We loved every second!

"Wonderful property, just wished we’d stayed more than one night."

Fabulous property, off the beaten track so quiet. Brian, the owner, is friendly and helpful and the facilities were wonderful. He waited to cover the pool until I’d swum and then arranged to take it off again in the morning. We were invited to look around the garden and help ourselves to fruit from the trees. There was an outdoor seating area with a bbq as well. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge stocked with milk, juice and Camembert. Cereals, crackers, bread and a large fruit bowl were also provided. And to top it all a bottle of home produced wine.
