This was by far the nicest and highest quality B and B room I've stayed in on all of my many walking holidays in the SW. Huge room with openable windows out to the garden, large bathroom that is newly renovated to a high standard with a full size sink, heated towel rack, attractive finishes. Generous breakfast spread and lovely conversation with Becky, the owner! Located just above Clovelly and a short walk from the large Visitor Center, so no need to navigate the steep slopes of Clovelly but with all the benefits of staying close by the Coast Path.

Excellent service, quiet place, clean

Lovely large room, light and nicely presented. Good modern shower room. We were well looked after and enjoyed an excellent breakfast - would highly recommend.
