Sycamore cottage

It was very close to many places of interest and beautiful walks, and the breakfast was very good

As the weather had just turned cold, the room was a bit chilly

Nice comfy beds. Great breakfast with fresh fruit. Very nice owners.

The bath tub in the room was special, but we had to wash our hair under the bath tab since there was no shower head.

Breakfast was superb, one of the best I have ever eaten at a B&B. Location is good but Rowsley is small and does lack some facilities.

A working TV in the bedroom would have been good

Warm welcome, beautifully decorated accommodation. Made very welcome by the friendly hosts. Breakfast was excellent and included home made preserves. Really like the guest lounge and separate access to accommodation .

Beautiful room, great host, great location to visit Chatsworth house and Bakewell. There is on site parking off the road. It was nice and quiet! A definite recommend!

Beautiful property in Rowsley. Hosts were so lovely - knowledgeable about area, helpful, friendly. Great biking and walking from the door - an easy walk to both Haddon Hall and Chatsworth.
