We liked the breakfast in away And the location and the building is just lovely

Unfortunately! Even though the breakfast was nice I was expecting to have two sausages Not one, and we were expecting to have Hash browns and baked beans ect The room was disappointing Because the beds were very old and very uncomfortable And the pillows were just bad The kettle was old and needed replacing The hairdryer was old and making a bad noise The TV wasn't brilliant but managed The shower Well the water wasn't running down the plug hole quickly It was blocked but went down after a while The shower head hose is old Needs replacing or probably cleaning And the sink top needs cleaning or replaced For a very short day in-between going to a family funeral near by I was a bit disappointed I was very tired, didn't really sleep Sorry to say this what we experienced But there were too many issues to be left And I hope you sort these issues out soon Before you disappoint anyone else

Nothing to complain about

The staff were lovely john the manager was nice and being a dog friendly B&B is lovely. The bed was so comfortable we slept very well .

I noticed there were a lot of cobwebs around the house, our room was very small nothing like the pictures and the grounds needed a tidy up.

We were welcomed and accommodated well. We slept well, parking was no problem. We enjoyed breakfast and being close to Norwich but not in the city.

We have no problem with stairs but they could be a problem if you did.
