Jon was really helpful with providing a vase and even plant food to help us keep some roses fresh for the next day. Breakfast was very nice. It provided easy access to Norwich which was what we needed. Location is very peaceful.

Not much in the way of hot water. I used the kettle to get the hot water I needed to shave.

Breakfast was good quickly

Access to property was poor a narrow single track lane with rough unmetaled passing places Shower surround had black mould in places Unable to open window more than a few inches due to a stop fitted ( no chance of getting out in case of fire) Window sill has moss growing on it Toilet extract fan was found to be seized and inoperative (this was promptly renewed well done Steep and awkward stairs you need to be agile
