Excellent customer service and cleanliness of the building

Very narrow road leading to the place, can only accommodate one car

The location of the property was convenient for my meeting in Norwich. Sadly, there is no Food and Beverage facilities and there is very little available in the locality

The eccentricity of the place is incredible and Basil Fawlty would certainly not be out of place. A very tired property with 2 very eccentric operators. The place is desperately in need of cleaning . There were very few guests yet I was shown to a room on the top floor. The lady said there had been problems with a wasps nest and I should not open the windows. Yet on arrival the windows had been left open. The WIFI was dreadful and I had to abort a very important online meeting with customers in Holland the following morning at 7am. The shower was old and the shower tray blocked. Breakfast although plentiful was not of the greatest quality.

Lovely house, grounds and room, and a very nice breakfast served in the morning as well!

The only downside was the lack of public transport links to the place, but there would be no issue for anyone with a car. Even an Uber to the city centre is not too expensive.

The Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable.

Would have liked better bedside reading light, stronger wifi and better reception for the Tv in our bedroom

Lovely old house, bedroom full of character and an excellent breakfast. Thanks very much and hopefully we can stay again soon.

Nothing

The breakfast was very good outside the house was a sign for coffee shop which did not exist and farm shop owner didn't mention it when we said going for a coffee but more interested in taking the money for room.

The outside could do with a tidy up.
