Mangreen Country House

Lots of character, lovely old country house and ideal location for the reason I was in the area. All staff lovely.

Nothing I didn’t like.. room wasn’t sparkling clean but fine ie some of the old window frames and fireplace weren’t spotless.. didn’t bother me but some people would moan about that stuff!

Felt comfortable even though I am lone female traveler.

The room was small but very comfortable and good value.

Lovely feel to the place and the staff were very friendly and attentive

Not as special as pictures portrayed. Needs decorating and updating. Cobwebs in abundance poor quality towels, no soap in bathroom. Overcooked breakfast bacon rock hard.

Interesting house and grounds

We were told by Bookings.com we would have a double deluxe room but got a standard very small room!! Staff very friendly though.

A fabulous place just outside Norwich but within easy reach of the centre by car or park and ride. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was fabulous. Really good for the price.

1600s house being brought back to life by the charity owners was full of character and atmosphere. Staff were amazing and breakfast was excellent. Great base for trips in and around Norwich.

Ok if you like things very quiet, I mistook this and thought they did evening food and drink but there is nothing. Pub and supermarket are a short drive away.

WIFI was not good and kept logging me out. Breakfast was a very small selection.
