Our apartment was spacious, two bedrooms were comfortable and had air conditioning, and there was a TV in each room. An additional advantage was two exits to the interior, nicely landscaped terrace. The rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. The rooms had all the necessary things. In addition, the location of the apartments is great, close to the most important points, which made the trip a pleasure. First of all, the biggest advantage of the place is the host, who was always smiling and helpful: he informed us where to park, recommended the best routes or places to visit. I definitely recommend it!

The location was convenient, the apartment was clean and the hosts were very nice. Different options available for breakfast in the room and a nice outdoor garden area to eat or just relax.

Perfect accomodation to stay in Palermo and visit other places as well. Its literally across train and bus main stations. There is so much little tavernas and boutiques around but its not crowdy. Its near the center of the city just 2,3 stations from there. Its very clean and garden is beautiful and peaceful. Whole place is very peaceful, even if its in the city. Neighbours are welcoming and mr Pepino is awesome host. We are very happy we stayed here. Its one of the best accomodations so far. Greetings from Belgrade

Situated right next to Palermo central station. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Lovely apartments, very clean. We really enjoyed our stay in Garden House. It included two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. The fridge was stocked with waters, juice ice tea, jam, and pastries/toast for breakfast. It has a lovely garden to dine in. We'd definitely visit again ☆☆☆☆

It was very good time in Palermo. The apartment was very Ok. Clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. You can't have a better location. Great owners. They care about contact with guests. They are very good and honest people.

The room had really unpleasent smells from drains!! The toilet every once in a while was bubling from others flushing their toilets (we had to have the lid covered all the time) and horrible smells were coming in the room! This was a disaster.. The breakfast was nothing but pre-packaged biscuits in the room and some jam and packaged toast-breads already available in the room.This was not at all what was expected! At least they had espresso capsules. The location of the apartment was also disappointing, although close to the city center 15 minutes walk, the area was very down-grated, with lots of rubbish and we didn't quite felt so safe or pleasent to walk by. Bed was not at all confortable and making noises.

Breakfast was just packaged stuff in the room, but I knew that because I read the reviews beforehand! The bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly, there were hairs on the toilet seat and on the floor - but that wasn't a big problem. But what was a VERY BIG PROBLEM and why I give so few points is the unbelievable, undignified noise at night. It was crazy! It was like we were lying in a machine room. The noise came from the outside room in front of the window from machines (heat pump or whatever) that ran all night (8-10 hours). I measured the noise and it was over 60 decibels. We hardly slept ANYTHING. We had to go out and drink alcohol to somehow get through the night; I've had tinnitus ever since. It's really a noise nuisance that is unacceptable. Based on the good reviews, I assume that the other rooms are quiet and that this problem is not prevalent. I strongly advise against the room called Lisa! We paid for NOT getting any sleep - I've never experienced anything like it! A huge cheek!

The place is beautiful. Full of special details Another world as soon as you enter the place. We received many useful information from Fortunato. His father, mother and sister were loving and dedicated to our wealthfare. Great location, spot on location from train station and historic center of Palermo. Highly recommended!
