Communication and staff approach generally.

Some noisy machine right behind the window, need to throw toilet paper in the bin, beds could be more comfortable.

Clean, modern and cosy apartment. Very nice and helpful owner, great location ckose to the city center. Nice restaurant and pizzeria with good prices very close to the apartment. Very nice stay in Palermo, we might come back soon :)

The owners were very helpful. The facilities are excellent, although the city is pretty much noisy the rooms were very quiet and peaceful. Exceptionally clean and comfortable😃 In one word: amazing! We rented a car and went to the beach called San Vito lo capo which was also great, we did that mostly because of the kids. Palermo is so interesting that we did not feel the need to go anywhere else.

Fantastic location close to the station, but quiet and spacious. The hosts thought of almost everything and provided a generous breakfast, coffee, juice and water.

Plastic on the bed under sheets made it a bit slippery. Toilet seat needed adjusting. The bar fridge was a little noisy at times at night. The positives more than made up for these small issues

No breakfast as promised. No kitchen to provide us a place to sit and have coffee or tea and eat breakfast. The place were the hotel is, is not very comfortable.

The location is close to the centre. Cleaning is good but bathroom was small. The owner made suggestions on what to do in Palermo

The person who contacted us wasn't there, his mother greeted us and couldn't help much. Accommodation including breakfast is definitely not, the food they put can only be a treat. We had rented a car and had a lot of trouble with parking.

Everything was fine. All listed facilities in the offer were present. Location of apartment was great. You may go for a walk to do sightseeing (most of must see places are in 20 mins walk distance) or traveling to other Sicilian cities was very easy, because Palermo central railway station and bus station are really close. Next to the Garden House, there was restaurant with good seefood and other with cheap and good pizza. What is more, I loved having coffee machine and fridge in a room. Also, typical Italian breakfast was good. Owners were very kind, we received maaany worth recommendations, including what to see or where to eat. I can truly recommend this place !
