Good location, close to the city center. The host was very welcoming, the apartment was very clean and cozy. We had a super easy and fast check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Location was excellent and within an easy walk to historical sites and the sea. Lots of good bars and restaurants close by. The host was very welcoming sending us directions as to where to park and meeting us on our arrival, We arrived early which was no bother. We communicated easily via google translator. Our room was on the 1st floor and a good size. The fridge was stocked with water, orange juice, milk and cold tea. There was ample supplies for our breakfast along with a coffee machine and electric jug. Bathroom small but sufficient. Bed comfortable.

The room was fully equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was good.

The place is extremely close to the train station which is a good thing but due to this fact the street is quite dirty and smelly.

Hosts are very kind and helpful, always willing to help. Top location - severals steps from railway station, city centre in 10 minutes walk distance. Typical Italian breakfast - sweet buns and coffee - coffee machine available in the room, enough to have a quick bite in the morning. Rooms are clean and provide pretty much everything you need, big plus are comfortable beds. We had a lovelly stay there.

The hosts were very helpful. On our check-in date the host sent us a message on WhatsApp explaining everything we needed to know about Palermo. He provided us with recommendations for restaurants, pastry/gelato shops, tourist attractions and much more! Anytime we needed something for the room we sent a message on WhatsApp and he answered immediately! Once we arrived at the accommodation we were greeted with Prosecco and a warm welcome. The room was clean and as expected. The breakfast included small muffins, croissants and cookies that were individually wrapped on the table in the room. There was also an electric kettle and kcup machine. The refrigerator had several bottles of water and small boxes of juice. Also the Wi-Fi and AC worked well during our entire stay. The accommodation is close to stores and restaurants. We rented a car and had no trouble finding free parking spaces nearby.

Both the room and the apartment are very beautiful, cozy and extremely clean. The host is very nice and friendly and will offer you all needed facilities to enjoy your stay. The common space (living room and balcony) are clean and comfy as well. The accommodation is located 3 mins away walking from the railway station, very useful if you plan to travel by train in the areas nearby, as well as 10 mins away walking to the historical center. The area might look a bit unsafe, but we felt safe even during the evening.
