The Breakfast was fantastic, the owner and staff were friendly and helpful. We went to Grosmont to visit the NYMR and Grosmont House was in an ideal position. The advice about local Pubs for eating out was spot on .

"Lovely house and setting next to the Heritage Railway"

We loved the quiet, peaceful setting next to the Heritage Railway. We could see the steam trains from our window. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The hosts were very friendly.
