"Exceptional"

Lovely house, that is a short walk away from Broxbourne railway station and about 17 minutes walk from Hoddesdon. The room was large and pleasant and the bathroom clean. But the best thing was the hosts themselves who I had a lovely chat to in the kitchen while they were making and then me having my fantastic veggie full English breakfast. This was way more of a friendly and warm experience than just an accommodation, thank you very much!

Made to feel welcome with very friendly hosts. Nice big bedroom with comfortable beds. Lovely area to explore.

Furniture and decor a little old and jaded. No instructions how to operate the TV, although we got there in the end. A biscuit with the tea making facilities would have been welcome on our arrival.

Wonderful breakfast, and fairly convenient to the train station and High Leigh Conference Centre. The landlady is extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The place was impeccably clean with a comfortable bed. I also loved having a small refrigerator in the room!

No complaints at all! This was an exceptional find for the value.

"I was made a lovely full English breakfast before my departure, the whole experience was excellent."

It was spotlessly clean. In a great location for local restaurants and bars. Only a short walk to Broxbourne train station. The proprietors were very friendly.

Nothing. I would definitely stay here again.
