Location and the room. Really comfortable and not too hot! I slept well which in itself is a recommendation. Staff really friendly and helpful

Better shower. It was hot enough. No problem. But pressure could have been higher.

In a convenient location close to good pubs and transport links. The landlady was very friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet and comfortable. Tasty breakfast too!

I liked it all, Janice was great, friendly, and chatty, as was Roy.. At first i was a bit disappointed that the room didn`t have its own bathroom, but the one that it did have was immaculately clean, fresh, and fully secure... Cooked brekky was yummy and filling... The location was ideal for me, not far from the station (about a 10 minute `slow` walk) My bed was comfy and the whole room was great, it also had a refrigerator which certainly came in very handy.. Without a doubt i would, and/or will, stay there again..

There was nothing to dislike, i really did enjoy my short stay..
