Cozy Brand New Townhouse 1

The townhouse was modern, clean, with good amenities. Check-in was easy, and the location was convenient for getting around Auckland. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the effort put into the property.

Unfortunately, we experienced itchy nights due to what appeared to be bed bugs, so the mattresses may need professional cleaning and treatment. The blankets provided were too thin for the cold nights and thicker duvets would improve comfort. The white curtains in the en-suite room let in too much light from the Mobile service station right across the road, so blackout curtains would be beneficial. Traffic noise and heavy trucks from the busy road made it difficult to sleep and often woke us early in the morning as it’s a very busy main road; soundproof windows would greatly improve this. A safe or lockbox for passports, cash, and jewellery would also be a valuable addition, as we had to carry our valuables with us at all times.

Facilities bathroom toilet kitchen was good

1. I did mention i was staying with my elderly mother. This we should have been notified or advised would not be good FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE 2. Dinning chairs were broken 3. Mattress was hard 4. Sofabed was terrible

The apartment itself is clean and tidy and a good size.

A very noisy and busy road located very close to the apartment. Im not sure how consent was granted to be honest. It makes for a very bad sleep and there are safety issues with building been so close to the busy traffic.

Strong smell of sewers in ensuite bathroom, close to a busy road you could hear every vehicle trucks, motorbikes, it was loud as!!! Worse when Windows or door was open it needed to be open as it was hot and stuffy, The parking was too far from house

Needs new furniture , everything is wobbly feels like ur gonna brake it or it’s in safe Also neighbours we’re having a a fight at like 10pm at night very loud

I liked that it was close to where we needed to be for the week

Very noisy; thin curtains didn't block any street light, cheap furniture felt like it was going to break any moment, lounge was uncomfortable, no hand towels or tea towels; no bedside table for each bed.

No air con so very hot, and with window open was very noisy
