Very close to the golf course that we were playing on

We were unaware we would be sharing the house with the owners. While they were very nice, it was unexpected and a little awkward for us.

A publicação não esclarece que a área privativa aos hóspedes se resume a 2 quartos e 1 banheiro. O restante é compartilhado com o casal que mora na casa. O café da manhã é oferecido, mas é o que tem na geladeira, que fica meio confuso ao hóspede do que pode ou não pegar.

A lovely house with wonderful views with a charming hostess and hostess. A very comfortable good rest after a long journey. Very close to Hobbiton.

Nothing to dislike. Need a car to get there.

We were told that it was a shared kitchen but didn’t expect to have a shared house .. should have been better highlighted.. Ken . Cathy and Oscar were friendly but I didn’t expect to be sharing a lounge and outside table .. maybe my fault But I have reread all the descriptions but only says shared kitchen. Not house. So we chose to leave and pay more for another place as we felt too awkward and uncomfortable .. Needs better description and highlighted the fact you will have others walking around while your there

Total nettes älteres Ehepaar, bei dem man zwei Zimmer und ein eigenes Bad mieten kann. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer nutzt man dann mit dem Ehepaar zusammen. Die beiden sind wirklich total nett, hilfsbereit und man kann sich super mit ihnen über alles Mögliche unterhalten! Beim Frühstück bedient man sich selber. Wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt!

Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber es ist wichtig zu wissen: Es ist kein Hotel oder Hostel, sondern man hat seine Zimmer in dem Haus. Fanden wir gar nicht schlimm, ist aber gut zu wissen.

Excellent spot. We came for the Halfing Marathon 2026 and ended up moving this spot. It's very comfy and has everything to make you feel right at home. Hosts were super responsive and helpful too.
