We have good room and night but only we was shock on breakfast coz they dont have anything what was in menu and we pay extra for cream to coffee 🤣

Very poor location, Very noisy I didn't stay for the entire duration. Staff was extremely friendly. Do not stay here

Kā jau visur Filipinas pārsvarā ir skaļi kondicionieri, bet pie tā pierod.

Breakfast supplied was basic Filipino but okay. Nice Spanish latte. helpful staff.

No window view, Hot water could be hotter.

Staff were unbelievably helpful! Although no lift in the house, the staff took care of taking my luggage upstairs, as I have a heart condition. The little café next door, which is part of the hotel, equally amazing staff, who fulfilled my special requests. The shower was great, the Wifi. Really amazing value, if compared with other hotels and I have stayed in many, many hotels and I have never given a 10/10, but this time. Thank you! If I am going back to Bacolod, I will stay there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the Best Budget Stays We've Had Before booking, I recommend checking out the reviews and photos from previous guests to manage your expectations. For us, it was a really good experience — definitely worth what we paid for a one-night stay. So far, this is one of the best low-cost accommodations we’ve stayed in. As a tourist, I always look for a clean place with useful inclusions, and this one checked most of the boxes. The room felt just like our master bedroom at home. It had everything we needed — a small fridge, cabinet, hair dryer, a sink outside the bathroom, a bit of storage space, TV, aircon — everything except a flat iron. But overall, it was clean, comfortable, and cozy. One thing I really appreciated was that they let us leave our things earlier than check-in time since we had a morning tour. They even offered to bring our stuff to the room once it was ready, and everything was safe and secure. Another bonus — it’s super close to the South Bus Terminal, around a 3–5 minute walk, which is perfect for DIY travelers like us.

The only downside was the breakfast. It took a while to prepare, probably because there weren’t enough staff at the time. Also, they weren’t very responsive to messages, so it’s better to call them if you need anything.

The heater is broken and not working and the toilet is not properly cleaned.
