The room was clean as always as stayed before, Netflix tv worked fine & staff very helpful.

I was surprised there was no extraction fan in the bathroom, I would recommend they fix one in as soon as possible.

Very quiet room even on bottom floor. Air-conditioning worked, bed was comfortable and staff was VERY nice and accommodating. The outside did not look promising but once I entered and experienced the room I was relieved to find a quality place to spend the night.

I think they should serve more food at their cafe as there isn't much nearby in walking distance to choose from and taxis and grab are very hard to come by

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The two meals per day bonus was appreciated. Great value for the money, considering the usual prices in the Philippines.

The check in guy was exceptional with a very relaxing demeanor who makes sure he handles any issues

The breakfast. Wanted a simple cup of black coffee no food and waited 30 min after asking 3 times and got nothing. Drove to 7-11 and bought it. Just take the breakfast idea out the booking as it doesn't work

There are only 2 parking slots for guests. The hotel cannot cater the guests with car if the parking slots are already occupied. Please indicate in your page that you only have 2 slots to be fair
