Staff were helpful when approached with any requests and polite

It’s simple accommodation but comfortable and provides enough silence for rest. Good WiFi and Netflix are available. Staff are accommodating and ready to attend to your needs immediately. Free breakfast is a plus. It’s accessible too: near to downtown and malls.

Maybe they could replace towels that are not anymore “ pure white “ or do something to make it whiter since they are still useful.

The staff were very accommodating. Whatever we needed, they were always ready to assist. When we requested cold drinking water and tissue paper, they gave it to us immediately. They even replaced the refrigerator that was not working in our room. Wifi is also good and the room is spacious enough to move around. Each bed had two pillows and a netflix account was available to be used for the tv. Not too much natural light in the room but a big mirror is present. Filipino breakfast was included and it's good enough.

There was no tissue paper when we arrived and the refrigerator was not working. The aircon also takes time to cool and there was no separate blanket except the one that's already covering the bed which was a little thin. Towels were a little dirty, not sure if it's just stains that can't be removed. No other toiletries too like soap and shampoo, and no floor rug in the comfort room. Though the staff were very accommodating to give what we need, it would be better if the things that we needed were already in the room that we won't have to request them.
