The rooms where fantastic fantastic. Extremely clean.all the little homely touches. Debbie and Pete where amazing. Breakfast was spot on,full English, fresh fruit, everything you needed . The room was cleaned everything day . What a little jem Would go back again definitely. Thank you for a beautiful weekend

Welcoming, helpful and attentive to your requirements. Breakfast was delicious with homemade jam and freshly laid eggs on the menu. The room and beds were very comfortable with en suite bathroom and a fridge which was great for essentials. Close to Clovelly can walk or a few minutes in the car.

Nothing, felt looked after had all our needs and requirements met. No complaints. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was very warm and comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding. The hosts were the most friendly and helpful people. We loved our stay here and very central to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend this delightful place

"spacious picturesque cottage/room beautiful hosts and breakfast"

This property is prefect! The picturesque cottage is located close to Clovelly and other places to site see. The hosts are so welcoming and have the experience to answer any questions you might have. The room is everything you could want from a room which felt more like staying in your own apartment. Bedroom has a cosy sitting area and modern en suite. If the room couldn’t get anymore prefect we woke up to a sea view! All facilities have been considered and the decoration in the room is beautifully traditional in style and pattern but everything looks new and feels clean. In the morning we had a fresh continental breakfast spread put on for us, whilst we awaited our cooked breakfast. Cooked breakfast was yummy! All locally sourced produce including eggs from their chickens and homemade jam. The breakfast 10/10. We will definitely be returning. thank-you : )
