"Lovely b&b"

Loved the location, the b&b is nicely maintained and very comfortable bed and lovely seating area with tv for relaxing. Good bathroom and shower. Fridge in room which is really handy Parking on site which is a bonus Breakfast was amazing and hosts lovely and so helpful with advice for surrounding area and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. If going into clovelly which is a must staying here - do not under estimate what a killer the hill is on the way home :) after a meal and a few wines in the new inn the hill was very hard work. We walk a lot so didn’t really believe the reviews ….

The Old Smithy B&B is a very nice accommodation nearby the pittoresque village of Clovelly. We had a spacious room with a separate bed room and all necessary facilities. It is clean and furnished really affectionately and tastefully. The breakfast is fantastic and the hosts are very attentive and agreeable.

We had a very warm welcome from Debbie even though we had arrived early. A lovely room with everything you could need. Breakfast was fantastic freshly cooked nothing was to much trouble.

Super clean and well maintained. Lovely furnishings. Nothing was too much trouble for owners Debbie and Peter, including time to chat.

Steep stairs, I have a mobility problem but with the help of the handrail, all was fine with upstairs bedroom.
