"Prima verblijf in Dambulla"

Wij verbleven hier één nacht en werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar met een vers sapje. De kamer en badkamer waren ruim, en er was een muskietennet aanwezig. We merkten wel wat muggen op in de badkamer. De groene tuin rondom de accommodatie is prachtig en goed onderhouden, wat bijdraagt aan de rustige sfeer. De locatie is uitstekend, op loopafstand van de Golden Cave Temple. Gezien de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is dit een prima verblijf voor een bezoek aan de regio.

"Perfect, such kind and warmhearted hosts, we were sad to leave!"

The host family is incredible warm and kind. The breakfast was absolutly delicious and a huge portion, at night we got yummy free juice. Our host even drove us around and made sure, that the tour we booked beforehand online had a driver he trusted. (If you want to do a tour too, better contanct him directly for a trustworthy driver!). The outside area is decorated very cozy, epecially at night. Really felt like a second home. It was so great, that we were sad to leave!

Pan majitel je skvělý a velmi ochotný, přivítal nás domácím džusem, vzal nás na večeři i dovezl do chrámu. Za skvělou cenu nám zajistil dopravu do Sigiriye i s vyhlídkami, na které bysme sami určitě nenarazili. Doporučujeme.

"Pro ty, kdo hledá rodinné zázemí a ticho přírody. Pečující milá rodinka (Gajan, Dulli a 2 synové)."

Lokalita. Ticho. Příroda. Starostlivá rodina. Soukromí. Blízko centra (pěšky 10-15min) ale daleko od hluku pulzujícího centra Elli. Na požádaní nám uvařili večeři. Výborné rodinné jídlo. 3x Královské snídaně vždy s malou obměnou… Kouzelné místo.

Superschöner Außenbereich, ruhige Lage am Stadtrand. Gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung + sehr günstige Tuk Tuk-Fahrten dorthin. Auf unserer Reise der frischeste und leckerste Maracuja- und Limetten-Saft, den wir getrunken haben. Tolle Local Restaurant-Empfelungen abseits der Touri-Lokale. Außerdem super Hilfe für unsere Bus-Weiterfahrt mit Shuttle zum Busbahnhof.
