We had the most incredible experience at this place. The owners welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness, taking us to beautiful spots and giving us the chance to explore local places you’d never find on a typical tour. Their family was absolutely lovely — they made us fresh juices in a variety of flavors, and the breakfast was simply perfect: homemade local dishes prepared with so much care and love. The place itself is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and impeccably clean. Our stay couldn’t have been better — a perfect 10. Highly, highly recommended!

This is the best place I ever stay in Sri Lanka also the host is the kindest person I ever met in this country.the breakfast is awesome and the reason I would back to Sri Lanka is the people here. Really love all of here

Der Besitzer war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns gratis zum Tempel und ATM gefahren. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis gab es sehr gutes selbst gekochtes Essen. Für den, der ohne Klimaanlage auskommt, ist das die ideale Unterkunft.

Everything about the property was GOOD. Loved the stay very much and thank you to Mr. Indika and family for providing the best for us. Will definitely stay again if I am coming to Dambulla again.

Der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist sehr klein aber gemütlich und sehr grün. Das Zimmer war schön und einfach eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und besonders die Kissen waren ein Traum. Das Badezimmer war nornal und auch die warme Dusche hat gut funktioniert. Die Gastegeberfamilie ist mega lieb und zuvorkommend. Ich bekam 2 frische Smoothies und ein grosses Frühstück am nächsten Tag. Er hat mich auch fast überallhin gratis mit dem Tuktuk hingefahren. Sogar extra nach Dambulla in die Stadt für mein Abendessen. Da es dort viel günstiger ist. Da hat er mich zu einem tollen lokalen Restaurant gebracht, wo ich tatsächlich nur für 480LKR ein mega leckeres veg. Curry bekommen habe. Rundum sehr zufrieden, ich habe mich mega wohl gefühlt und werde es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Das Mückennetz war etwas zu klein und der Fentilator hat nicht so viel genützt. Es hat auch viele Mücken, wo sie aber natürlich nichts dafür können.

I had a really great stay here. Indika was a really great host, making a great breakfast every day and even dinner if I wanted, as well as driving me places like the bus station and restaurants. He was really thoughtful as well, and fun to talk to. The room was nice too, with a big Comfortable bed and a good bathroom. The room was pretty cool, even though it didn't have AC, and very clean too.

I travelled solo around Sri lanka for a month and of all the places I stayed this was by far my favourite. The two rooms in this homestay are attractive, well appointed, clean and really comfortable. Indika and Samadi, the proprieters, are amazing hosts that really know how to look after their guests. Expect free fresh juices through the day and a wonderful breakfast every morning. The family own a tuk-tuk and while Indika provides paid for excursions to destinations such as to the nearby Sigiriya rock fortress (which I also highly recommend) he is also happy to run you around town for free if you need to go shopping or eat out. I booked four days at Menara Green Inn and ended up staying for seven! Thanks so much to Indika, Samadi and Menara for looking after me and making me feel like one of the family. Hope to see you all again some day!

A legjobb választás Dambullában! Nagyon autentikus hely, minden közel van, a központ akár gyalog is, de a házigazda tuk tukkal elvisz bárhová. Csupaszív vendéglátók, Menara egy igazi angyal. 🤍 Házi készítésű reggelit kaptunk, a kertből szedték a mangót! 🤩 Minden kívánságunkra nagyon figyeltek. Szuper programokat szerveztek! Mindenkinek szeretettel ajánlom❣️☺️
